Some confusion when installing, but overall very happy with this refurbished hoover: it works super! Shipment and packaging were also top-notch.

Simply brilliant! I've had several canister and even robot hoovers in the past. The Vistefly really changed my life. Firstly, because you don't need to plug it in (sometimes even by adding an extension lead). Then because of its power and accessories. I use it as soon as I see the slightest speck of dust (and, with 2 cats, that happens a lot!). It adapts its power automatically - but I can also increase it manually. The noise level is just right - I can use it late at night or early in the morning, without disturbing the neighbours. Finally, the ease with which I can change the accessories and, above all, empty it, makes it really easy to handle. I had a chance to compare it with my daughter's Dyson (v.8): I prefer the Vistefly, with its 35 kPa suction and low weight. In short, it makes my life easier!

Fast and problem-free delivery. Product was basically new and had apparently never been unpacked. I am super satisfied! If I need anything again, I'd be happy to buy it again. A clear recommendation from me.

my 1st purchase of a robot of this type, well i'm glad i chose the right product, i've already had it for a year now and it's working well, although i have to admit that it will soon be 1 year and the robot's battery won't last any longer. at the start it practically cleaned my home on one charge, now it needs 2 charges, sometimes 3 if i increase the suction power. but it's a very good purchase, i'm planning to replace the model with another that also mops.

The robot hoover works perfectly and visually corresponds to the specified condition (like new). There is a slight deduction for the service fee, which was not apparent in advance and suddenly popped up during payment. There were also problems with the delivery, as the parcel was first delivered as promised, then returned to the retailer as undeliverable, but was finally delivered on the same day. The robot hoover is now running without any problems.

The appliance looks in very good condition, as stated in the description. Everything has been cleaned and the accessories are also complete. (Charging station, charging cable incl. adapter, remote control incl. batteries, replacement filter and replacement brushes) The appliance works perfectly. Absolutely recommendable! The appliance arrived well packaged and in just a few days

Very good product. Very efficient, functional and easy to operate. The only drawback is that the documentation is only in English, German and Russian and the explanations on pairing for the smartp application are not very precise.

Mixed start, application not compatible with Android versions higher than 4.0 2021 Difficulty getting instructions in French. The connection with the Apple application doesn't work. On the other hand, there are no problems with the remote control at the moment. The mop is currently unused.
