Like everyone else, I was rather sceptical about refurbished phones and I wanted to give it a try. In the end, I wasn't at all disappointed with my iPhone 13 Pro Max, no scratches, 92% battery condition, so very satisfactory, and I got the phone barely 24 hours after ordering it, so I'm more than satisfied.

Iphone 13 Red received on time no trace even minimal, the same as if I had bought it in shop. 100% battery 0 micro scratches I'm just sad that I didn't receive a case like some people have, it's a shame, it could have been the detail that would have made me recommend this seller for sure, but I'm still very satisfied! This is the first time I've ordered refurbished and I'm going to do it again, I'm not going to lie it's not for the ecology but for my wallet. For 660€ it's a bargain. Received beautiful iPhone 12 mini. Beautiful box with label and even charger. Is my first refurbished phone and I am super satisfied. The only thing I found a bit confusing was the shipping. It was shipped from France and I got SMSes which I didn't trust at first. So it wasn't immediately clear to me that it was really about the phone. But other than that, top experience.

I took the Iphone 12 Pro Max 256 GB in perfect condition and indeed it is in perfect condition (100% battery). I recommend this French refurbisher (HiTechZ) for those who might be tempted to place an order. On top of that, the 3-day delivery makes me extremely happy.

iPhone 13 pro max ordered as new from the refurbisher HITECHZ and I am very very satisfied. I'm writing this review after a week's use so that it's as honest as possible, and I also wanted to make sure that everything was working properly (battery, microphone, etc.). The order was placed on Thursday and received the next day in a blister pack with accessories! The phone was indeed like new 0 scratches, 0 traces of use with a battery at 100%. -I was apprehensive about this point and was going to cancel my order after reading the comments, but in the end I don't regret having tried - The screen has been replaced by an original screen. It's an American model, personally I don't mind as long as everything is functional. As for the accessories supplied, an AC adapter that lasted 1 minute (may it rest in peace, it stopped working as soon as I plugged it in). Less cool but not really serious so just in case. A cable (when in doubt I'll use the official cable I have) and the sim card extraction tool.

Second order at Backmarket but this time I was very careful to choose the person who refurbished the smartphone, I wanted a French person already for the support, but also in case of any problems. Unfortunately, I had a disastrous delivery from Chronopost, I took the option at five euros express delivery Unfortunately I thought a theft of my order as my delivery was so long. My item arrived with the delivery box totally trashed so that you could see my parcel. At the time I wondered if the smartphone wasn't damaged, but fortunately there was nothing wrong with it. Despite everything, the parcel should be a little more protected to avoid any breakage inside the parcel as the delivery drivers have no respect. I took the condition as new, I am not disappointed the phone has no scratches only downside the battery is 93% but that does not prevent a very good autonomy. I don't know if it's original, but if it is, so much the better, as the smartphone lasts all day very well. One last point in the smartphone's settings. You can see that the screen has been changed but it's the original Appel, which is cool.
