Terrible service. Terrible product. Was sent to me (my first - and last time buying from Back Market), sent the device, It worked first of all, then within the same evening, overheated and wouldn't switch on at all. Couldn't restart, was completely unusable. Would not recommend whatsoever. Still dealing with the repercussions.

For the moment I'm very happy with my purchase, it's a very good phone, the colour isn't really dark red, not red at all in fact, but it's a very pretty colour in the end, I like it a lot ... It's my first refurbished phone and I'm delighted with it.

The delivery was fast, the parcel was damaged but that didn't harm the mobile phone. The device is fully functional. The battery is also excellent and the camera is fine. The only thing is that the two-finger tap I set is not enough to switch on the screen. iPhone 8 Plus bought in 2025 at Backmarket. Received a really TOP mobile phone that looks like new! Without any signs of use, battery performance at 92%, and that for an iPhone that has been on the market since 2017! Can only be recommended!

Hello, I received my phone after sending back a first S21 that didn't work... I chose a model in perfect condition and when I received it, I noticed that it had numerous scratches and marks on the back of the casing and very visible micro-scratches on the screen. So I'm a bit disappointed with this model... This phone deserved a "fair condition" rating, not "perfect condition". So I paid for an extra option that I don't have. What can you do or suggest? Very good headphones. The audio quality for in-ear headphones is decent, even if they're not as good as headphones. The passive mode can give a few headaches over time (if used for several hours).
