Hello, Thank you for your message. I just wanted to mention a few points about the phone. It tends to heat up a lot, especially when charging or when I'm using certain applications. Also, I've noticed that the button for sending voice messages on WhatsApp sometimes gets a bit stuck. I don't know if this is considered normal or if it could indicate a problem. Good phone overall and very good condition. However I should have opted for the new battery option as the phone was received with an 85% battery and this one did not last a whole day contrary to my expectations. Otherwise everything is OK.

I'm a bit disappointed by this phone's network connection. I had an old iPhone 11 Max pro that got great reception everywhere, and this one, whether it's 5G or 4G, I'm still having connection problems! I don't see the point of switching to a newer phone just to get poorer reception!
