All I can say - they delivered! The laptop looks Good, as I have bought a "Good" state. No obvious signs of wear, unless you start really looking for some, yes you might find a tiny bumps on the edges, but otherwise very happy with such a powerful piece of kit for such a sweet price tag. Being sick of prices of everything raising by the minute, this was actually a nice experience overall. Will definitely continue this new tradition of refurbished tech purchasing. Great Service from Backmarket was up late online watching reviews on macbooks and comparing specs on apple website then thought let me check out Backmarket. Ordered at midnight my macbook pro arrived less then 48 hours later on a free delivery service👌🏾. Picked up Good condition model which cost less then the fair model but really should be in the Excellent category. Came with original packaging and original Apple charger and cable. Will defineltly be ordering my future tech from Backmarket excellent service 🙏🏾

I bought an iPad from Back Market and overall, I’m really happy with the purchase. The iPad looks great, no scratches, dents, or any signs of wear. It functions perfectly and honestly looks almost brand new. The only downside was the charger that came with it. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work and doesn’t charge the iPad at all. Luckily, I had a spare charger from my previous iPhone which works just fine, so it wasn’t a big issue for me, but it’s something to be aware of. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the quality and would definitely consider ordering from Back Market again.

Bought my MacBook Pro from BackMarket as my sons recommended them. Word of mouth is so much more powerful than advertising. So glad I did. Perfect service. Speedy delivery and lovely laptop all as described. Excellent customer liaison and will definately buy from you guys again.

There are quite deep scratches on each of the 4 corners. They look like the item has been dropped at least 4 times quite heavily and show evidence of the use of a metal file to try and flatten out the deep scratches on two of the case corners. The underside of the case has many scratches-obviously a very careless owner! But the mac itself is functioning perfectly well. Perhaps I need to buy a protective cover now ?!

The laptop is perfect condition, I love it and it runs amazingly. I really really recommend it for anyone who wants a great MacBook but they’re on a budget because the laptop itself doesn’t even look like it’s on a budget. Back Market is the best

laptop came in pristine condition. everything functions as it should, but battery only lasts 2-3 hours during light use and gets hot easily, tho I'm sure it's nothing I cant solve with a re-paste of the cpu and gpu. overall very happy.

The laptop has quite some visible flaws, scratches and dents and a small patch on the screen thats been discoloured, but its a natural discolouration and not noticeable without focus. All functions work well and battery health is still high, there is no major defects or errors caused from the flaws on the laptop. At a glance the laptop doesnt look brand new but it doesnt look to be in bad condition either which is accurate to the condition i chose (good).

I love it I have been using the iPad non stop it works well too and it’s better than my phone because of the bigger screen
