I found it to be a real samsung s10, because the previous one I bought didn't look like it, so this time I'm happy, the only flaw is that the battery doesn't last very long, which is quite important.

The truth is that the phones are going very well at the moment and my daughters are very happy with them. There was one that had two very fine scratches on the screen but very little. What didn't go very well was with the delivery or the company that delivers the packages. The question is that the repatidor came one morning when I was not at home and we agreed that he would call me and come the next day. When a day went by and I didn't receive the call, the next day I called the delivery man and he told me that the package had not been delivered and that he would try to bring it to me on Saturday or Monday. What was my surprise when I was walking around my garden and I saw a package lying on the ground... it was the phones!!! luckily my dog didn't play with them or eat them and the phones were not damaged.... I am sure that there is no signature of reception of my package because nobody received it. What would have happened if my dog had been to destroy the package or if someone in the street had seen the package and stolen it? There I leave it,... I would like to continue buying on the platform... but I think you should review this service. thank you

I am pleasantly surprised, with the acquisition of my iPhone through BACK MARKET, as it fulfils everything I was looking for. I think it is a great idea to refurbish devices, for all that it entails. ALTHOUGH THE 8 PLUS WASN'T VERY WELL RECEIVED IN ITS DAY, IT WORKS GREAT FOR ME. IT'S BIG AND IT'S HARD TO LOSE SIGHT OF IT. FINALLY. SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE. YOU ARE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I ordered the phone in excellent condition and it came with quite a few scratches on the screen in the part that is near the camera. I thought that by choosing excellent the phone would be pristine... or so I thought I read.

Everything is perfect. This is the second mobile phone I have bought from BackMarket and I have no complaints whatsoever. The package comes with the mobile, the charger, everything well packed and in relation to the operation, everything ok.
