it wasn't bad but the charging port was a bit lose causing troubles charging but that doesn't matter now as I have dropped this phone more times than I can remember this reivew comes in about 1 year and a bit from purchase

So happy with this purchase, made an elderly relative very happy! Cannot fault this phone, as had to buy as a replacement while one of the same model was sent to Apple for repair so they could still be connected. No problems at all, and have the other phone back from Apple, but cannot tell the difference.

My iPhone is spot on. It was delivered as promise. The only thing was when I received the phone the box was empty apart from the charging cable. I thought hello I have been ripped off. Then my wife suggested I look under the box flap. Alas! there is was. Thank you for the speedy delivery. Regards L. Dixon

Extremely happy with order, phone arrived in perfect condition not a single scratch, battery capacity was 100% so pleased about that, no complications so far however the charger was a usb to lightning rather then the usb c to lightning but for the price i got the phone for you can’t complain. Very happy custo

Not fussed about condition so went for the lowest grade. Couple of minor marks on the body (as expected) that are hidden by my case anyway. Screen is absolutely good as new. Perfect, not even a small scratch. Battery health is 97% very happy indeed.

All good so far, very happy all round. Only drawbacks so far are: 1) I sometimes struggle to get a phone signal when others around me do not (which could be down to having different providers) and; 2) I hadn't realised that, unlike my previous phone, a Galaxy Note8, the S22 doesn't have a micro SD slot. However this was my error and hasn't been an issue for me thus far. Very good service and hard to tell the phone from new.

I really wouldn't grade this "fair." It has some scratches on the back, but I have a case anyway so I don't see that. The screen is immaculate, the battery is great, this is a brand new phone for all intents and purposes.
