The 'down' volume button only works very partially. So you can't take a screenshot without the volume gauge and I'm not talking about adjusting the sound when you're on a call. For a phone in "perfect condition I'm disappointed

Phone received in very good condition (like new). I've been using it for 1 week, so far I'm very satisfied with the product. It arrived well packaged, in a box with foam so that it would not be damaged.

The product looks impeccable, basically like new, I love it 100%. The shipping process however...absolutely deplorable. It arrived late, I had to go pick it up at a pick up because the delivery guys didn't deign to deliver it (they didn't come by my house at all) and I was at home ALL DAY waiting for them for nothing. DPD (SEUR) a disgrace of delivery, please use another company, because this one couldn't be worse.

The device is clean, but the battery a little weak. On the other hand after 1 month of use, network problem, it is often in h+ then nothing and after 5G, not to understand anything. Second reconditioned my life two phones that do not work properly. For me it's over!

Good condition but the battery discharges very quickly. It has to be in energy-saving mode otherwise it won't have any autonomy in half a day.

It arrived quickly and in the expected condition. Very good! This is the third mobile we have purchased in less than 1 year!!!
