External appearance of the phone very good. Battery condition 84%, for a refurbished product, very good.

Very happy with my purchase. Ps5 and accessories in mint condition. Ps5 received very quickly during the festive period received on 24 instead of 27/12. The only downside was that the Ps5 box had some spoon cuts.

Ordered on Friday before 1pm, received on Tuesday - unheard of. Robust packaging. Pleasant delivery person. ps5 console in perfect condition as indicated. Delivery scheduled for 30 December but received on 24 December! What happiness

So far so good, I received it fairly quickly and in good condition. There are hardly any signs of wear and tear, and the battery is in pretty good condition (85%). All in all, I'm satisfied with my purchase.

I bought the iPhone 12 (128gb) in perfect condition and it did come in perfect condition. The battery of course is 85% and it came a day after expected delivery by the but it works perfectly for the money. The speakers tuba , no scratches and the camera perfect.Overall great !!!

All in all I'm pleased. Shipping was really fast and very careful - RAS. Small downside, I chose the option "perfect condition" and there are still some very visible scratches on the outer sides of the iPhone and the battery this drain really and incredibly fast...too bad. Apart from that pretty satisfied👌

In general well, only on the right side you can see the holes on the inside, so I don't know if it will give any problem with the waterproofing. The screen sometimes freezes, I'm going to wait a while to see if it does it often or if it's just because the applications are being coupled and if not I'll decide what to do. Thank you.

Hello, Here is my opinion on my latest purchase. First of all I'd like to point out that this is the second iphone I've bought from you, the last being a SE (2016) three years ago which I was delighted with. That's why I've repeated the experience. Overall, the 2022 SE is in very good condition, with no scratches and a very good battery. I noticed two malfunctions: one of the two speakers didn't work and neither did the vibrate mode. As I don't consider this to be important, I'm not going to send the phone back, but that's why I'm giving it a rating of 3/5. But I'd like to point out that the rest is fine.

The phone seems to be in perfect condition. It remains to be seen. On the delivery side, however, although the delivery was supposed to be made to our home, the DHL driver, no doubt under time pressure, decided without any warning to leave the parcel at a delivery point... Another weak point, independent of BackMarket I suppose: the route our phone took to get to us. It left Italy, transited through Belgium and returned to the south of France. As one of the aims of refurbishing is to reduce the carbon footprint, this stage of the delivery seems to nullify the efforts made.
