Wow absolutely no complaints from this refurbisher. This is my first ever refurbished phone and they didn’t disappoint. I was a bit worried about the battery health and was contemplating having a new battery put in but kept the original and I got super lucky because mine came with 100% battery health. And there isn’t a single visible scratch on this phone. There seems to be the tiniest amount of wear on the bottom of the phone but you’ll never know because of the case. But yeah overall amazing phone looks great and runs great. And super happy with the battery.

I was a bit wary about buying a reconditioned phone but the experience has been excellent. I got the phone I wanted at a much lower price although you would think it was brand new. I paid to have a bigger memory which was a great option to have and the delivery was incredibly quick. All that and the knowledge that you are doing your bit (however small) to reduce waste and use of resources. Would certainly be looking to get my tech from BackMarket next time I am after anything.

Very very very good not a scam that everyone kept telling me i got excellent condition and it was like it was brand new i even got 100% battery health phone feels very nice and you cant even tell that it’s refurbished and very good price aswell. I am very happy with my purchase

My refurbished iPhone SE 22 is immaculate. It arrived quickly and well packed, with a screen protector in place and a new charging cable. It had a little chat with my old iPhone 7 and set itself up very nicely. Being a much newer model it has a higher level operating system and will do things the old phone couldn’t. Couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic example for a refurbished phone. Decided to purchase an ‘excellent’ IPhone SE 128gb 2022. Cannot complain, it arrived like brand new, with a charging cable and 100% battery health. Will definitely purchase from them again.

I ordered two reconditioned iPhone 14, excellent condition, and it was very easy to order them, they came very quickly. The phones are in great condition, no scratches or blemishes that I can see and one has 100% battery life while the other has 85% which did surprise me as I thought it would have at least 90% but it’s not a problem. It was very easy to set them up from the old iphones except I didn’t realise they had E-SIMs and had to look on the internet what to do as I couldn’t find a SIM card tray! Both are working well and I have already recommended Backmarket to friends.

the phone itself is exactly as described even 100% battery and i would recommend definitely. Althouhh sometimes the face id just doesnt work, wether thats user error, phone error or the refurbishers thats the only small thing i could critique!

This is the 3rd time I’ve purchased a refurb product from Back Market and again the product and service has been spot on. The phone is exactly as described (if not a little better) and my son is over the moon. If you’re sceptical about buying refurbished tech, give it a go. I’ll certainly be back in future.

Absolutely delighted. Don’t think I could tell the difference between refurbished and new. Transfer of data etc from my iPhone 7 was very easy and apart from facial recognition as opposed to finger print and later OS the two systems were very similar so very easy to get along with. Very pleased to note battery health was 100%. When the time comes to upgrade I’ll be straight back to Black Market!
