Product received corresponds perfectly to the description. I was even able to improve its condition by cleaning it again. Supplied with all the cables. The only regret was that the feet for horizontal positioning were not supplied.

I had already bought an iPhone 12 for my sister's birthday. I decided to treat myself by trusting Back Market again and I'm more than happy with my purchase. Not only was the price much more affordable than a new product, but the condition of the iPad Pro was impeccable. It's hard to believe that it's a refurbished product, as it looks brand new.

The batteries fitted by the reconditioner are of poor quality. The first one swelled up dangerously after a few weeks of use, then the next one did the same after just over a year, taking me out of the warranty period and forcing me to change the battery myself. Even with reconditioned products, you'd expect them to last more than a year. And it's frustrating to encounter the same problem twice on the same device and not be taken care of the second time because of a few months' missing warranty.

Really extremely satisfied! It's my first Iphone and the grip is impeccable, but buying it new was out of the question. A refurbisher in the Paris region on BackMarket and that's it!

The phone I received is in good condition externally, but the vibrator is abnormal and it heats up quickly when charging. The battery status is indicated as 100% but it discharges quickly during certain activities.

good quality product. small downside, it was delivered to me in bubble wrap with a parcel stamped Amazon. having already bought a first helmet a while ago (1 year or more). it arrived with its case. but on this latest order this is not the case. looking forward to your feedback. Moïse cerqueira

Iphone XR bought in September 2023, we sent it back twice for two different problems. I would not recommend buying a refurbished iPhone XR.

Perfect as always... This is the 5th time I've ordered (for my partner, my children and myself). The laptop I ordered was listed as being in satisfactory condition and it is in perfect condition! Thank you so much again!
