I reviewed other websites as this was my first purchase of a refurbished phone. I kept coming back to BackMarket and so glad I did. Website was so easy and helpful and I like the humour too. Phone is great. I would totally recommend. Oh and I got trade in payment too. Bonus dudes!

I received it on its original box with no visible marks. It looks as new than refurbished.

After I lost my phone (put it on the roof of the car and forgot! Idiot!) I wasn't expecting to receive such a good quality replacement with all of the associated items. I was expecting ultimately to have to buy a new one. It was a very nice surprise as the replacement is virtually brand new, or at least you wouldn't know the difference. I would definitely recommend and again use 'Back Market' if I have a future need,

Not sure if I should leave definitive opinion yet. But after few weeks I'm really happy. Condition of the phone was better than I expected. And at the moment there's no hardware isuess. Will use your services in the future.

I ordered the huwawei unlocked and it came with an amazing deal, came with no scratches while it was good quality. I would definitely recommend buying from here this is my second time buying from backmarket and it’s pretty good. I’ve had no difficulties. Also speedy delivery got my order within 2 days.

I have an intermittent fault with the charging port. I have followed the cleaning instructions but to no avail. I can't see how to 'contact seller' Other than that I'm happy with the phone but NEED HELP
