It was my first time buying a refurbished device and I was a bit scared. I ordered an iphone 13 and it arrived perfectly wrapped (although not in the original box), with the battery to the maximum as I ordered and everything great! I ordered the worst condition (correct) and it has only a small, almost imperceptible nick on the bottom. I've been using it for almost a month and everything is perfect. Highly recommended!

iPhone XR in excellent condition for a refurbished, it looks like it has never been used and it is new my aunt is delighted with her new phone as a gift, if you do not have the budget to buy a new I recommend this site refurbishment (perfect condition no trace of wear, use) I'll do it again without hesitation!

I was very hesitant to buy a refurbished phone, but to be honest, I couldn't be happier! I bought the white iPhone 12, in excellent condition and it really has been. The phone is in perfect condition and with 100% battery health. It arrived a day later than what it said on the website, but that was the "only drawback", otherwise I am very satisfied with the purchase. From now on, I will be a regular customer of BackMarket.
