Honor is very different from the Redmi. I had a bit of trouble getting used to it: it's not so easy to go back to the previous page on a site. And the SD card on the Redmi doesn't work on the Honor. The Honor is much lighter than the Redmi. That's nice.

Hello, it is regrettable that the phone has been reconditioned with a battery that is not an Apple product which generates a default in Setting. At this price I expected better in this respect. Otherwise the rest is perfect. Good reception. Xavier

The phone works very well and is in good condition. However, I regret the packaging of the phone, which was simply wrapped in bubble wrap with a charger cable without the plug. Apart from this small problem, I'm happy with my purchase.

Hello, The phone is very nice and in good condition. However, it sometimes switches off for no reason. I find this a bit strange, but maybe it's the "game" of reconditioned phones.

I'm still just as satisfied with my purchases from Back Market, even if sometimes when you take several things at the same time, it would have been better to have one and the same parcel instead of all the parcels being dispatched and not the same delivery organisation delivering them.

I ordered it on Sunday and it arrived on Wednesday, so it was very quick, the condition is very good but we'll have to see in the future, you never know, in short I recommend it, especially as the prices have dropped 👍🏾

Hello, I'm disappointed with my purchase, most of the time it doesn't light up...I have to wait for it to light up. I'm afraid it won't light up again. I've never had this problem with my previous orders, this is the first time so I'll say it. Kind regards and have a nice day

Very good product that works perfectly, the only thing is the shipping. It would have been nice to have the laptop in a box like when you buy a new one instead of the bubble wrap and the shipping box.

Purchase ok delivery ok but the phone has problems during telephone calls: the receiver hears crackling noises and the call drops out, but everything is normal on the transmitter side... what could be the cause?
