I had some preconceived ideas about buying refurbished, but a limited budget pushed me towards back market and I don't regret a thing! Easy to compare models, fast shipping, and a computer like new! I have nothing to complain about!

The computer did arrive, but it was dirty with visible stains that were very hard to remove even though it was in "very good condition". In addition, the screen does not have the resolution described on the website 1300*700pp instead of 1920*1080.

My order was delivered on time and I'm happy with it, the pc is pretty decent for a reconditioned one, frankly it's great apart from the fact that the battery discharges quickly.

The product arrived in impeccable packaging. Starting it up wasn't intuitive for a layman like me, I would have liked to have found a little piece of paper with: click on thing after turning on the machine... nothing more complicated. I imagine that for those who are used to it, it's not a problem. Anyway, after 10 seconds of thinking about it, I got the PC running and it's absolutely as expected: clean appearance, top features, lightning fast. Brand new power supply. I absolutely recommend it.

Delivered in less than 48 hours. Well packaged with charger. Aesthetically correct but not in "very good condition" as stated in the advert. Impeccable battery (2 days of office and internet use). Keyboard and sound niquels.

Fast delivery of the computer, thank you. On the other hand, the Chronopost home delivery wasn't great. The deliveryman put the parcel on our dustbin, over the gate, without ringing the bell while we were there, and without warning us. Anyone could have taken the parcel away... For the moment, the computer is in very good condition and works very well. However, it discharges fairly quickly if you don't plug in the cable.

Less than €250 incl. VAT! Great value for money. A solid, high-performance laptop for office use, coding and a bit of video editing. And in impeccable condition... I'm thinking of getting another one for myself (I got the first one for my teenager).
