Was after another phone but wasn't prepared to pay extortionate prices for a new one. I originally had a Samsung S8 and only wanted something a bit more updated so went for this S10. The price was perfectly reasonable and in my budget, it arrived promptly and in immaculate condition. You would never know that it was a refurbished one! Plus with having the 1 year warranty and the team at Back Market to assist with any issues is such a peace of mind.

I ordered A Samsung Galaxy A54 5g refurbished. In "excellent condition". To me the phone looks brand new in the original packaging. I saved over £150. My only small gripe is that the sim no. In settings shows a different number which I can't change.

I was contemplating getting a new phone for a while as my iPhone 11 is in the worst condition. I wanted to be more sustainable and also didn’t have the money for a brand new phone anyways so I thought I’d try a refurbished phone. After some research I came across this gem and waited a couple of weeks until I got a good deal on this phone. I ordered the iPhone 14 Pro in excellent condition and it works perfectly and also came with 100% battery health. It does have very minuscule scratches on it but it’s barely visible and once I bought a screen protector it basically disappeared. I did have issues with transferring my data from my old phone to the new but this was not Back Market’s fault and was easily fixable after researching on the internet. I also did have my doubts about this whole process in the beginning but I promise you, you won’t regret it! My experience has been great! Thank you BackMarket 😊

First time I have ever bought a refurbished phone and I don't think I will go back to buying new ones. I bought an excellent condition phone and that's exactly what it is, no marks,scratches or anything. Just like brand new but with the box.

I was about to buy a brand new iPhone when I saw the advert for BackMarket on the tv,so glad I checked them out as I managed to find the same phone I wanted reconditioned at almost half the price,the phone arrived in absolutely pristine condition with 100% battery life so I really couldn’t be any happier,I’m so glad I gave BackMarket a try as I will NEVER buy a brand new phone again

Bought this phone on the recommendation of my son who had bought a Samsung from BackMarket last year. So thought I'd give it a go. The write up said it would be in 'excellent' condition and it didn't disappoint. My new Galaxy A54 is in pristine condition... so happy with it! Add to that the delivery got it to me three days earlier than expected and I can't fault this company. Two weeks in and no problems so far.

I had a very positive experience with back market. I chose an iPhone 12 mini in “excellent “condition and that is exactly what I received. Even the battery health was 100%. I certainly will use them again for any tech from now on.

In regard to this order I am completely satisfied. I love the phone. The phone came quickly. It even arrived in it's original box, which was a surprise. The refurbisher did a good job here. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.
