A month ago I bought this phone and to this day I can say that everything is as if I had bought a new phone. In all aspects, battery, aesthetics, memory, in principle it has no faults. I gave Back Market a chance and I don't regret it.

The phone was great, the delivery company not so much. They made the delivery on the estimated date but, although the tracking indicated that they needed my signature, once they delivered it, no signature or anything and without confirming who they were delivering it to. It would be nice if they could verify who they gave the package to.

I ordered my iPhone on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday morning, earlier than planned. Delivery went very well, it was also well packaged. I have the US version which is no problem. I chose excellent condition and it arrived completely scratch free and with 100% battery capacity. So far it is running and doing everything as it should. This was my first but not my last purchase from Backmarket.

The phone is in good condition, and I got it with 100% battery. The only thing is that it didn't come with its original box and there is a small spot on the back of the camera area, but it doesn't affect the camera when taking photos for now.

It is perfect, as if it was new from the factory. So far, no operational problems whatsoever.

It is not the first time I have bought here and it will not be the last. As always the purchased item is perfect and the delivery time perfect.

Unfortunately, big disappointment, iPhone 13 has practically never worked, made return (following the required procedure not entirely trivial and not entirely free from loss of time and personal organization) it would seem they have sent the refund (at the moment the amount is not yet present on my payment method but it is objectively early). In my specific case it was not a trifle, a scratch, an unreported bump, in essence the phone that came to me never worked properly....after a few hours of power-on and occasional use it would turn off and would not turn on again until after another 4-5 hours. It may be bad luck but I was very disappointed and I am currently writing from a 7 year old device at the end of its life which alas I had decided to replace with an iphone
