The phone came in perfect condition, just as I ordered it. The battery is at 100% and the screen is brand new with no scratches or drop marks. Very good work and service!!!!

When first received the first iphone 12 had a face ID that didn't work. And the second one I still have has a faulty wide angle. Although I realised it was still under warranty, I wanted to keep it because I needed it quickly...

I've bought all my phones with backmarket (4). Always satisfied. The most recent, iPhone XS (limited packaging) ....after a colour error, I found good support and I was able to get my phone quickly. On the other hand, since I've had this phone, the screen has come off, the zoom has come off, and the rear window has broken 3 times. I'm calling it a day with the xs. It's too fragile (unless it's the retailer who's been mediocre; I'm not aiming for backmarket) and yet I'm not as careless as I seem. I would not recommend this model. I will come back to backmarket which despite this bad experience is very good.

I tried my luck with a refurbished phone and nothing but trouble. The phone has no original parts (average for "very good condition") no battery, I have to search for the phone every 3 hours. It overheats. What's more, it's an American model, not a European one...

Not really satisfied with my purchase. I've been buying iPhones for several years, and this is the first time I've tried reconditioning: 2nd breakdown in 7 months (bought for Christmas in December 2022). The 1st time, the screen wouldn't turn on and now there's a problem with the battery not being recognised by the iPhone (it won't turn on any more). What's more, between the time it took to send it + receive it and repair it at the repair shop + send the iPhone back + weekends = 10 days without a phone. I'd think twice before buying again!

No longer works 1 year after purchase (i.e. just after the end of the warranty) You buy reconditioned for the planet but at this stage it's almost a disposable phone

Battery at 84%, below the 85% minimum indicated on the site. Faulty speaker/sound, had to wear earphones to hear videos/voices clearly. Supposed to be in "very good condition". BackMarket offered to resell the old phone at the same time, but despite indicating that the screen was broken, and even indicating that the casing was broken (even though it only had a few discoloured spots), BackMarket found problems that weren't there and offered to buy it back for €44 instead of €133. That's a double standard.
