This phone arrived with faulty cameras. I returned it and they were changed. But the screen used on this phone wasn’t functional. It only worked in hand; on a table the touch screen recognised maybe 1 in 3 touches or swipes. Poor quality screen / voltage presumable. I returned it again for this reason. The seller returned it saying it had been fully tested. It took over a month to receive it this time as they used my old address instead of the updated one I provided. When it eventually came back it had not been tested, of course, and the screen problem was the same. I just got my money back. Avoid this seller as the parts they use aren’t fit for purpose.

This is my 3rd purchase from BackMarket and I'm still as satisfied as ever, my iPhone 12 is as good as new, everything works perfectly, customer service is top notch and delivery is super fast. I'm delighted and my next purchase will be from BackMarket again, and I'd also like to say a big thank you to the reconditioner for delivering the phone as good as new.

I am a new customer advised by my sister who is used to ordering from you. I was apprehensive about getting a refurbished iPhone 12 mini but in the end I'm very pleased. The iPhone 12 mini is in very good condition and looks like new, not a scratch to be seen. I would recommend it for my children. I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the price. The charger is an old generation.

Le téléphone est parfait ! La batterie indique 88% de niveau ce qui me semble totalement correct pour un Iphone reconditionné sachant que même neuf, ils tombent à ce niveau là dès les premiers mois. Téléphone soigneusement emballé et arrivé dans les 24h qui ont suivi la commande. A voir avec le temps mais je suis 100% satisfaite de cet achat pour le moment.

Déjà quelques semaines avec mon Iphone12 reconditionné. Envoi rapide, conforme à la description et je n’arrive pas à lui trouver de défauts, batterie ok. Mon premier achat sur backmarket, je suis conquise.

Second disappointment in a row... After a return because of a technical problem with the first Iphone 12 mini white and reimbursed, the 2nd in bert also left for repair (pending) ... I'm not sure if there is a problem with this phone, but I'm sure it's a very good one. I don't know if there will be a 3rd time...

A "like new" refurbished Iphone 12 with a scratch free screen and shell. Battery percentage at 94% which is quite reasonable for a reconditioned phone. It works perfectly well, I'm delighted! Nothing to report since I bought it a few weeks ago!
