Product arrived quickly, looks and felt like new. battery is as good as the A4 i had prior to this. will defiantly buy refurbished again.

EXCELLENT ,LIKE A NEW FONE

Phone bought a year ago The phone has stopped working regularly for over 6 months, and you have to plug it in to switch it back on. Battery life is poor. The screen came off a month ago. All in all, a very bad experience for my first refurbished phone.

Phone received in good condition. A week later the side button was no longer working, impossible to repair. The battery was not original and was very sensitive. Not even an hour of autonomy. Regular overheating. Yesterday the phone crashed, impossible to unlock.

Ich hab das Handy im Zustand hervorragend bestellt. Ich hatte damit gerechnet, dass der Akku weniger Kapazität hat als bei einem Neukauf, da es sich um ein refurbished iPhone handelt, aber zu meinem Erstaunen, hat die Batterie eine Leistungsfähigkeit von 100%. Ich habe also ein quasi komplett neues Handy bekommen, für einen günstigeren Preis als wenn ich es bei Apple selbst gekauft hätte und konnte durch meinen Kauf bei Backmarket meinen Elektroschrott reduzieren. Das macht mir ein gutes Gewissen und langfristig eine große Freude! Vielen Dank✨

The phone is in perfect condition and works perfectly. I've had it for a year now and it hasn't given me any problems. The only problem is that I recently dropped it and it lifted the screen on one side, it is still under warranty so I could request a repair from Back Market but I can't get in touch with them in any way.

He comprado por primera vez por aquí un iPhone 11 Pro en estado excelente. Me ha llegado en dos días, en una caja no orinal obviamente pero super bien envuelto con su cargador, plásticos de protección y todo lo necesario. El móvil no tiene ni un rasguño, esta en perfecto estado y encima te dan 2 años de garantía, más que la propia casa Apple que solo dan uno. Muy recomendable!!

Das 3 Mal bei Backmarket bestellt. Super schnelle Lieferung, das IPhone SE ist genau wie beschrieben in einem guten Zustand. Funktionen, Akku einwandfrei. Ein refurbished Gerät zu kaufen, gibt mir ein ein gutes Gefühl für nachhaltiges Einkaufsverhalten. Einziges kleines Manko sind die Zubehörteile. Ladegerät und Adapter sind nicht Original Apple ansonsten ist alles Top. Super Service, mehr als zufrieden und immer wieder gern werden wir bei Backmarket bestellen.
