Have no words. The laptop came with a box saying Apple official refurbished, so straight out of the box I like the honesty of the package. It doesnt want you to believe is a new product. To add more, this shop had a really cool detail putting a letter saying that the product would be cold because of the low temperatures. It advised me to wait 1 hour for room temperature and then 2 hours while charging. When I opened the box, packaging was as if it would be a new brand laptop. Could not believe me eyes when, after setting everything up, I saw that battery life is 100%, charging cicles are only 3, and I started the guarante. Mac guarante starts to run as soon as the first user set up the laptop, so I bought a brand new Macbook Pro M2pro for half the price. If you have any doubst on refurbished, I can tell you is absolutely worth it. Thanks a lot, you won a new costumer!

J'ai pris un MacBook Air m1 état correct et à part quelques égratignures sur les coins, l'état est très bon. The keyboard doesn't look original, but the trackpad is. 700€ for the version M1 16go SDD 512go. so c'est une bonne affaire. The battery is 90% so it's a pleasant surprise. We'll see how long it lasts, but for now I'm very satisfied.

My Mac book pro gave up on me after 10 years of hard work. I did a bit of research and came across Back Market. I had never heard of it and so I researched it. I saw many positive reviews, but the real reason I made the purchase was that they are B Corp certified. I placed the order on Saturday and with express delivery on Tuesday afternoon my 16' M1 Mac book pro arrived. I chose excellent option and indeed it looks like new. There is not a mark on it and the battery is 95%. 100% satisfied. Definitely if I have to make other purchases in the future back market is my new reference point.

The MacBook was dispatched and received very quickly, in a neat package. The keyboard is AZERTY but with a few keys positioned differently from a Mac bought in France (position of the <>@ characters... nothing serious) but the most annoying thing is that the Mac switches back to a kind of QWERTY on certain transactions (Migration Assistant for example) which makes it complicated to enter passwords... Nevertheless, the machine is in very good condition (2 small scratches on the aluminium underneath), the screen is spotless and the battery is 91% healthy. In short, I'm delighted with it.
