It was my first experience buying a refurbished device = I was scared. But the phone arrived in literally less than 48 hours and it's super cool. Not a scratch on it, they even gave me a case and protective glass. The battery doesn't last as long as if it was brand new but it's holding up well. In conclusion super happy with everything

The phone, an iPhone 11, along with the cable, has come in impeccable condition. I chose the "excellent" option and for 30€ more than the "very good" condition, it's worth it. It arrived in three days, the indicated deadline. Very good choice BackMaster. 100% recommendable

Happy with my iPhone! Doesn't look like a refurbished phone at all lice like brand new! Although I come from an iPhone 11 Pro Max I am happy with this 8!plus very nice and works perfectly everything! I chose the excellent option at the time of purchase, and I couldn't be happier. Apart from a microscopic mark on the screen that I saw on the second day when I put the screen protector on, the phone is physically spotless. Also, despite the fact that in back market they say that the battery may not be original and a sign about it when you turn on the mobile or even have the battery health over 80%, I have not seen any sign and it says that the battery health is at 100%, although I do notice that my battery lasts less than other friends with iphone, which I do not know if it is related to the reconditioned one. Not to mention that in addition to the charger cable (which is not original) it came with a tempered glass screen protector and a case (quite flimsy and doesn't fit tightly but it's a + anyway). I've had the phone for a month and so far I have no complaints, very happy with the purchase and with back market (it was my first purchase here) although I may have been lucky. Personally, I would repeat.

I ordered it in excellent condition with new battery, I'm picky in these matters and I want to have everything in detail. 256 gb, in black. The seller behaved himself, as he left in the box, in addition to the phone itself, a tempered glass to put it myself and a silicone case. In addition, it comes with a charger cable, although not original and without its head. In any case, I wasn't worried about this, as I have lightning fast-charging chargers. The phone, with that capacity, is good for work and leisure. The only "but", as always with all iPhones, is the battery life. Under optimal conditions, a day of extended use can last between 5 and 7 hours, which isn't bad, but it's a long way off compared to other competitors. It was my first purchase here on Back Market and, to be honest, I'm more than happy with how much I've enjoyed the phone. I'll be back to repeat the experience when this poor thing says die.

It's been a year since I ordered it, it arrived looking very good and working very well. The problem why I don't give it 5 stars is that the battery stopped working well after a few months, although it still has 88%, now you have to charge it twice a day or even more, because it discharges very quickly.
