Very disappointed, first order and first time with a refurbished laptop and impossible to put the laptop in service because the previous owner has blocked access to google which blocks the startup. I would not recommend this service unfortunately... in the hope that I will be refunded quickly and in full.

Mobile phone arrives faulty; screen turns green after a few minutes of use... The diagnosis was clear, according to the after-sales technician on video. He asked for the device to be returned for repair. Backmarket's after-sales service takes customers for scammers. They put the brakes on sending the return slip and ask the customer (who, incidentally, has trusted us and paid for the product a long time ago) to comply with several constraints and formal notices without any apology... To be honest, it's better to be lucky and come across a product that has been reconditioned by serious people... that wasn't my case!

As with my first purchase from Back Market, the item was in perfect condition as described. If I ever need a new smartphone, I'll buy from Back Market again. Everything was perfect, thumbs up!

Fast delivery, good phone at a really neat price!

I received my Blackberry a few days ago and it is perfect. Phone in very good condition and 100% functional. It is very difficult to find odj, I do not regret.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the product and the speed with which it was delivered, despite the fact that it was refurbished on the back of the phone (some traces of glue and a scratch on one of the lenses). But considering the fluidity of use and its efficiency, this is not a problem

Just as I expected. This is an identical replacement for my 1st bought in 2018. It still works... But in poor condition
