I was looking for a replacement MacBook Air for a family member and was thrilled when I saw the price on BackMarket for the exact model I was after. Placed the order, was kept updated throughout the process and when it arrived (much earlier than expected which was a HUGE bonus) I was THRILLED. The condition of the MacBook Air was listed as “Good” but it was closer to “Excellent”, and to my surprise, it came with a brand new silicone cover, new Bluetooth mouse and headphones! My family member is SO happy with the replacement MacBook and I’m SO HAPPY with my first experience of BackMarket. Will 100% be ordering from them again soon… refurbished is the future!

Arrived in perfect condition with case, protective screen, touch pen, charger and wireless headphones included. I am very satisfied with the iPad, it works very well and synchronisation was very quick.

Really like new, except for the packaging which isn't Apple's, so watch out if KDO. Received fairly quickly, I've just set it up and so far I'm happy with it, the transfer from my old iPad was perfect and quick.

Product in excellent condition, good price. I would have liked to know more clearly that I would not have received the original box and that there was an engraving on the back which was covered. It would always be better to have original photos of the state of the product and not generic pictures of the reference model.

It's a pity that the parcel point is not fixed when you order. The ipad is perfect. Very happy to have it in this condition

Very pleasant surprise when I received my iPad as new, with protective glass already fitted and a stylus and wireless headphones in the parcel.... One drawback: I'm having trouble charging it, there must be a false contact on the charging port. You have to block the wire in a certain position for it to charge, and you're always worried that it's going to disconnect overnight...
