I am delighted with the goods. To be honest, I didn't expect to receive a tablet in such good condition. It is technically good, everything works and it has Android 13. Both the processing of the order and the delivery by courier has been correct, complying with what was announced. Regarding the iPad mini (2019) 5th gen, the device is in a very good condition. The battery responds very well, both when charging and when used in energy saving mode. The device is delivered absolutely formatted from previous data, with no record of pre-delivery activity. I needed a simple iPad that wasn't the latest generation, and this model more than meets my expectations and needs. The price is also very reasonable. This is the first time I have bought through this platform. Everything has been satisfactory. Recommended, at least, with devices that are labelled in "very good" or "excellent" condition. I can't give my opinion on other condition categories.

very good tablet. It has only one drawback - it doesn't work with Samsung watches and fitness wristbands. Unfortunately, this is an artificial limitation imposed by the manufacturer. Otherwise it's a perfect job.

The equipment is fine so far, the only thing I didn't like was that it came in a box and inside the tablet was not well packed and not well fastened so that it ran inside the box from one side to the other.

Received in "fair condition", more than satisfactory: the screen has a few scratches, but the rest of the casing is impeccable, and the battery is pretty decent (as it's interchangeable I wasn't too worried). No stylus, and a generic new charger included. I'm very pleasantly surprised by the performance, which makes it a pleasure to use (as is the quality of the camera).

The product is aesthetically perfect, as described. Everything seems to be working perfectly (I haven't yet inserted a sim to check network operation), Battery health is fine (89%, maximum level). All very well

Product received without any defects, so much so that it looks new. The battery is original and still in excellent health. Only flaw, the lack of the original protective shell and stylus which are supplied by samsung with the new product and difficult to find. The support replies that the presence of these accessories is not indicated in the advertisement, true, but much less is the lack signalled. Very fast shipping, received the tablet the day after ordering.

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The tablet works perfectly and in my case it came with both the original stylus and a RAM case. The charger is Trust brand but of very good quality. The only downside and that's why I don't give it a rating of 5 is that the package came open and with a DHL seal. It is as if it had been opened and then resealed. Fortunately everything was intact. Definitely a great buy!
