The equipment is in perfect condition, like new. The charger that came with it didn't work and they sent me another one in less than 48 hours. Very good experience with the product and with the customer service and problem resolution. I recommend it for sure.

I waited a while before giving my opinion and after more than a month of use I am totally satisfied. I had previously ordered a Macbook which I had to send back because it overheated and discharged even when plugged in. But there are no worries about overheating, the battery is fine, no visible scratches. The "caps lock" button can have a tendency to glitch, but really nothing to worry about. Just press a little harder. Really great!

To be perfectly honest, this is my 1st purchase from Back Market and I'm not disappointed. I am very satisfied with the refurbished product in very good condition. MacBook Air 13 2020 very clean and works perfectly. Thanks to the reseller in Germany. Negative point: I received a Chinese charger and not a genuine Apple charger suitable for the MacBook I ordered. I would have preferred to receive an Apple charger.
