To be perfectly honest, this is my 1st purchase from Back Market and I'm not disappointed. I am very satisfied with the refurbished product in very good condition. MacBook Air 13 2020 very clean and works perfectly. Thanks to the reseller in Germany. Negative point: I received a Chinese charger and not a genuine Apple charger suitable for the MacBook I ordered. I would have preferred to receive an Apple charger.

I bought a French AZERTY MacBook Air! I did receive a physical AZERTY keyboard, but it was a QWERTY !!! Fortunately, Apple support was kind enough to intervene free of charge on my laptop to fit the correct keyboard! Even if you're very careful about the keyboard you want, Back Market will send you anything! Otherwise the device I bought in Very Good condition arrived in Perfect condition, it's brand new! But the cable and plug are not Apple, which is a little frustrating. Finally I recommend, but be careful with the keyboard or ask Apple support to help you configure the right keyboard. But it would be nice for Back Market to check the keyboard chosen before sending as this error often occurs in reviews! I also bought a refurbished iwatch which I received in perfect condition even though I ordered it in very good condition! In conclusion, very satisfied with Back Market, but be careful with the keyboards chosen and finally received.

I ordered a MacBook Air 2020 with M1 processor and new battery. As expected, the battery was in perfect condition. The website is beautiful and user-friendly. The prices are favourable. The goods arrived without delay. At the time of writing this review, a little over a month has passed. Everything is currently working perfectly.

The product arrived very quickly, 3 working days, the packaging was excellent and bombproof. I chose a class B product, so I expected signs of wear and tear, but instead I received a computer that was practically new, sanitised to perfection and fully functional... Even the battery is in excellent condition and we are talking about a device that is at least 8 years old... What can I say... I would recommend anyone to buy a refurbished product from BackMarket...
