The worst laptop I have ever bought. I asked for a refund and sent the laptop back. And now it's been 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for the refund and I don't have a laptop anymore. What's more, the computer was marked as being in perfect condition, but from the 1st day the screen froze and it overheated! Where did my money go? Almost €1000 spent but where's my money ???? No answer in the chat. I can't call a service or anything !!!!
