The phone works great and is in perfect condition, the only thing is that it is a Canadian version, and the settings and some other things can not be put in Castilian because it is not an EU version. I would have appreciated to know this before, in case someone is not good with English.

In terms of performance, this smartphone is everything I expected it to be. It's 100% functional and lets me use all the apps I need. One disappointment, however, is the inadequate battery capacity (just 3,900 mAh, whereas my old Redmi 9T had a 5,000 mAh battery), which means I often have to recharge it twice a day. Why doesn't Back Market indicate the battery capacity, as all new device sellers do?

Very fast delivery (the day after I ordered) I would have liked a small (albeit brief) user manual for my new device, as it's very different from the various smartphones I've owned before. But hey.....

The order came protected and arrived on time. The battery has surprised me, it lasts long enough and looks impeccable. I bought it in excellent condition. The only downside is that it says it comes with a cable and charger, but it doesn't. The cable was missing. The cable was missing. It would have been nice if it had been.

Very clear, transparent and straightforward service. Device arrived on time and of absolutely consistent quality. At the moment (about two weeks), no anomalies to report.

I have been impressed by the speed of delivery and so far the iPad is meeting my expectations. I hope it will work as well even in two or three months or more.

The mobile phone is in excellent condition. Once again it was shipped from France (the device comes from France) but it works perfectly. Everything is fine.
