The device is working well, I'm very satisfied. Matching the grade, it had very minor scratches on the screen that are not visible when the protector is applied, or without the protector you gotta really look at the screen at an angle to identify them. Bottom line is: no flaws with the device. Also, the shipping was reasonably fast and within the time range. I'm not very fond of the USB cable (doesn't fit the USB C port flawlessly), but I have a bunch of good cables already, so that's not a problem for me.

Came in excellent condition, I really liked it. The only thing I ask you not to do anymore is stick stickers directly on the tablet, they are very difficult to tear off. Thank you.

This is the first time I have bought a high-end refurbished mobile phone and the experience was very good. The mobile phone, I chose the very good condition, has only some slight wear marks and seems to work fine. I chose the standard battery and have to charge it every day and a half, without watching videos or playing video games. I also took advantage of the 15€ welcome bonus and used the 2 day fast shipping. I received it in the promised time but the delivery information system with Chronopost didn't work, I was at home all day waiting for the delivery. Perhaps the parcel could have been packed a bit more, but it was fine. I am still happy with the purchase via BackMarket.

The delivery was super fast and uncomplicated. The parcel was sent on a Wednesday and arrived on Saturday (dispatched from France by Chronopost). The mobile phone makes a great impression and the battery is okay. There are really only very few, minimal signs of use. The software is original and all security-relevant hardware components (including the Titan M2 security chip) are present and original. Overall, I can only recommend this purchase, especially with this favourable offer.

Quality, battery and condition are top. The battery easily lasts for a day with normal use. There are no visible scratches etc. on the casing or screen. There are no visible scratches etc. on the housing or screen. All in all, I am very satisfied after the first 2 weeks of full use

Everything is fine. The only downside is that I can't set the Spanish language in the operating system. When I turned it on the first time it didn't give me that option and I said now I'll change it but it won't let me.

Product is in very good condition. Unfortunately, it was not clear from the offer that it is intended for the Canadian market and not all functions work in German. The battery is also used up quickly with intensive use.

It works quite well, the battery is preserved. Good camera, fast processing. On the downside I would say that the phone gets quite hot sometimes, and that the fingerprint doesn't work quite right, I don't know if it's due to a lack of sensitivity on the screen.
