Delighted with my new phone. Perfect size, battery that lasts, phone in perfect condition. Very happy! The only thing I could say negative is that when it is charging it gets too hot in my opinion. It is the first time I buy a refurbished phone and I had many doubts, but I recommend it and the next mobile I will also buy second-hand and I would repeat with Back Market.

In fact, I'm still trying to work out why it's reconditioned. It looks so new that I've already forgotten it was on Back Market... except that I've saved several hundred euros compared to the 1 new one.

I was reluctant to buy a reconditioned phone, but a member of my family bought one on backmarket and was very happy with it, which is what prompted me to do the same. It hasn't even been a month and it's going well, I don't even feel like it's straight out of the shop.

The phone (Samsung Galaxy S22+) was delivered (from France to Greece) just one day after I placed my order. Absolutely amazing. Flawless condition, just like a brand new phone.

Had ordered a flawless IPhone 13 mini with 256 GB memory and brand new battery - delivery was fast - and so far everything is as it was ordered by me - if this all lasts, highly recommended and gladly again.
