Knowing that I could not be there for the day of delivery they offered to pick it up in a collection point of my choice honestly the organization top nothing to say! when I opened the parcel it was perfectly wrapped and protected Admittedly I didn't have the iPhone charger, but the charger was top notch even if it wasn't the brand! Everything as stated on the website, perfect is literally perfect, without forgetting that it is reconditioned had a few small scratches on the back cover for the rest. What I was most afraid of is the battery, I could not be surprised more new .... Very good battery life and capacity. It is the first time and will not be the last. Surprising

Super happy with my purchase. The delivery was quicker than expected and the iPad was well packaged. The iPad is in great condition and works perfectly. I would recommend not including a charger as I have no use for it and won't know what to do with it.

3 weeks after my purchase, I still haven't been able to use my iPad and I need help from someone I know to configure it and transfer the many photos from my Samsung phone to my new iPad. The phone performs very well for the price at which it was bought. It is a phone for a user who does not use the phone beyond its basic functions, but who wants a certain quality at a reasonable price. It has 128 gb of memory, which is always reduced a little when you actually use the phone itself, due to software issues and so on, but nothing unusual. The condition was in good condition, but the battery was at 85% of its performance. Not bad, as it's still at full capacity, but a new battery is always preferable. The user (as the device was not intended for me) is happy with it and has been using it for a lifetime.

Received in a box, perhaps it lacks a little protection in case it is mishandled during transport... All in all a great product, received quickly and in great condition, with a brand new rapid charge charger (unfortunately I don't have the usb-C tip, but I've got another one so no worries!)
