Received very quickly, despite being purchased in "fair condition", the screen is in perfect condition compared to what the description would have suggested. The pleasure of getting a PC back as if it had just come out of a shop, thank you very much!

Unfortunately, my computer, which I bought a year ago, malfunctioned. However, a few days before the warranty expired, I was able to send it back for repairs. The repairs were carried out on time, and the buyer was extremely helpful. All in all, I'm satisfied. On the downside, I would have appreciated a slight extension of the warranty due to the recent problem.

Purchased in correct condition, i.e. one or 2 small marks, which in no way affect the operation of the machine. A few hesitations at first, downloading the instructions from the Delonghi website as there were no instructions supplied by Back Market. Satisfied with my purchase.

Coffee maker carefully packaged and protected, but received with grounds in the box and throughout the machine (water tank, etc.), suggesting that it had been cleaned only superficially, if at all. A seller's label with a price 25% lower than that paid was stuck to the box

Very nice speaker. Hardly any scratches. The product works perfectly well. The bluetooth is very fast and the sound quality is very good. I will update if this changes in the next few weeks.

Perhaps you could specify that the computer was received with a "user" account, the password for which is noted on the delivery note on the parcel. The information had escaped me and I obviously threw everything away before realising that the CDM was noted somewhere ...
