Ordered because I broke the outside of the same model, and preferred to get one just like it. Arrived promptly, no problems unpacking, seems to work fine. Have they tampered with the computer so that it won't last long? We'll see, I'm not an expert. But it cost less than repairing my old one. Satisfied with my purchase

A few scratches on the top of the PC, otherwise RàS on the keyboard and screen. The battery is correct and the pc runs very well. Nothing to say for the moment, satisfied with BackMarket, as always 🙂

Works perfectly and almost like new. A little dirt between the cameras. The device had not yet been reset and was completely in French. But it was a matter of a few minutes. For the price, I'd be happy to use it again.

As the computer was no longer available, the refurbisher contacted me the next day to offer me an HP Probook 430 G8 in excellent condition, with a new battery, at the same price as it was being offered at €100 more. All OK

It's like new, nothing to complain about, no problems. The screen is superb, no scratches or smudges, which was my fear. It starts up and switches off quickly. Of course, to be on the safe side, I'd chosen the 'very good condition' category. And it's a good idea to tell the user what year the PC was made! Many refurbished sites don't specify this.

Device corresponds to the order, works well except for the battery which discharges a little quickly it seems to me.

I am very happy with it. i like it a lot... always used samsung high end. i think it won't be my last xiaomi.

Good afternoon Sir/Madam. Today, 23/08/2025, I am obliged to return this computer to you because it does not switch on properly. First "bug": when I'm doing administrative work, the computer stays on but the keyboard, mouse and screen don't respond at all. Second 'bug': after I'd managed to restart it, it responded again and I could get on with my work. But when I came back to work a few hours later, I turned it back on and the screen was black but the keyboard was on. I'd have liked to keep it, as it worked very well before these two 'bugs' in the same day, but unfortunately I need a laptop that works for my first day of higher education in 2 weeks' time. The computer looks OK in terms of performance, although I'm encountering a few misunderstandings that are probably simply down to Samsung and not Backmarket (downloaded applications that take on the Samsung Care Device logo and are not open via the desktop). As far as Backmarket is concerned, I don't think the PC is in the condition it claims to be in. It should have been in "very good condition" but there are clear signs of wear, 2 impacts on the back of the screen and a larger one underneath. Bumps on the edges which have caused the colour to come off (not just wear, but bumps). This is clearly not "Very Good Condition", where the signs **of wear** must be slight, but "Fair Condition" where it's not just signs of wear, but sloppy use at times. The problem is that I can't be sure that the screen, or any internal component, has not been touched during one of the 3 impacts. Finally, it would be a good idea not to send PCs that are already configured. The customer has no way of knowing whether malicious software may have been installed, or whether the PC is simply empty. Like many other customers, I had to start with a factory reset.
