An excellent laptop, it runs games without a hitch. The keyboard interface is special compared to other laptops, but you get used to it very quickly. The only problem that could arise is the noise that the PC can make when running games, but the speed of the fans can be adjusted in MSI Center.

I'm a little disappointed by the state of the laptop: the backspace key keeps slipping out of place and the battery life is pretty poor: in my opinion, the state of the laptop is fine, but it's not in very good condition. After switching to Linux, battery life more than doubled. The keyboard is backlit (the technical specifications state that it is not). For the moment, it's doing the job and I hope it lasts!

I didn't realise that with a "pixel" I'd be switching over to google........ It's a bit bulky, but it works perfectly with my hearing aids, and it's nice to receive calls directly into my ears.

Compatibility problems pairing 2 Wonderboom speakers (2 & 3) As far as Back Market's ethical, ecological and value-for-money propositions are concerned, they seem to be good ones! However... sometimes obvious technical information is missing (which could be more easily accessible before confirming the choice of a product, such as the compatibility of pairing 2 Wonderboom speakers together, for example!) Hence the return of the product! 🙃 I may order here again as I liked the policy and concept of this online refurbished products shop, well done 🙂 Delivery question: fast and well packaged!

product received conforms and runs very well. i was afraid to invest so much in a reconditioned product but it's really worth it. I was afraid to invest so much in a refurbished product but it's really worth it. a little downside on the packaging: the product was over-packaged with kilograms of cardboard and bubble wrap. safe for the product but a bit the opposite of what I was looking for for the planet by buying refurbished. perhaps an area for improvement on the site!

Fast service and delivery. Well protected in the parcel. However, several keys show signs of weakness on first use. I hope the refurbished keyboard lasts me a few years.
