I received the iPad pro 2022 11' in 256g with a M2 chip which arrived in excellent condition, like new, apart from the all white box which is not the official plackaging (not the experience of Apple unpacking), I had no wear marks or other that shows that this device was reconditioned. The price is much better for a new one at €1,200, so a difference of almost €350 I would recommend. This saves you money, which you can also use to buy Pencil, keyboard, etc. So there's no need to hesitate. However, if you're a bit of a stickler, I recommend that you order the device in excellent condition, and if you're not so fussy, that you order it in good or fair condition.

Incredible phone, pleasantly surprised by the impeccable condition and delivery the next day when initially scheduled for 5 days - unheard of! The only downside was that it was delivered with just the cable but not the charger. Apart from that, I'm really pleased and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Backmarket.
