I have an iPhone and iPad and I buy all my equipment refurbished, on recent models. Back Market always serves me well, no surprises there. This latest Ipad air tablet is perfect, as described and delivered on time. ALL CLEAR.

I was a bit reluctant to buy a refurbished smartphone. In fact, at first I was looking to replace my Panasonic digital camera with 10x optical zoom with another camera. But camera prices have rocketed. Friends of mine took much better photos than my Panasonic with their phones at the last festival. I looked at the sales. I missed out on a cheap Oppo at Boulanger and reading the reviews I thought the Huawei P20 Pro for under £300 might do the trick. So far I'm not disappointed. The body of the phone is scratch-free, as is the screen. The battery life is much better than that of my Xiaomi S2. I'm having a bit more trouble with the Huawei interface but I'll get the hang of it. I'm going away for the weekend on 15 August, so I'll be able to test the outdoor photos. As far as low-light photos are concerned, it's very good. Complaints : - no headphone socket, which will lead to a gift of wireless headphones. - the fingerprint reader is a bit laborious, but facial recognition does the job. After 3 weeks of use, I'm satisfied with the device and the delivery time.

The model of the phone: top and rpd to my expectations, the photos are top. The best model in my opinion at this price level. The fact that it is refurbished: it was in perfect condition, well packaged like a new top. After that I'm waiting to see how long the battery will last... The backmarket site: top clear and reliable. Delivery perfect and fast. As advertised. I took it for my husband, I will take the same for me in the next few weeks.

I was looking for a phone because the screen on my P30 pro had broken (and was too expensive to repair). As I couldn't find anything satisfactory, I ended up looking at refurbished P30 Pros, and came across this offer. I'm moderately satisfied. The condition of the phone seemed like new, as indicated in the advert, and that really surprised me. The phone arrived very well protected. However, I think that the screen has been replaced by a lower-end version, or by a faulty model. Knowing the model as I had the same one, the colours are very dull, and there are even major problems with the blacks. For example, the ripple effect when you use the print to unlock the phone appears pixelated and green... As for the battery, it seems to hold a good charge, which was my main fear. Maybe a little less than my old one, but it's nothing too glaring. I generally last all day on one charge, except when I use the phone a lot for gaming.

I have been using the huawei P30 Pro for years, androîd bought on BackMarket. I am delighted with it but, following an update of the EMUI system, the X5 zoom no longer works and the camera when it wants. So I wanted to buy another one but unfortunately I returned this item because the camera was faulty. It was taken back without any problem and reimbursed.

I've just taken possession of my device. My first impression is excellent The device is as described in perfect condition I couldn't have done better going to Apple And the price defies all the competition I've taken out insurance which gives me peace of mind for a year For the moment, I recommend the site 1000%.

Phone received promptly and in the condition selected. On the other hand, the parcel could have been done better by protecting the contents a little more, which were moving around too much (when you know how transport works). Otherwise, everything's fine!
