I ordered a Dyson Airwrap Complete Long Origin and I am very satisfied with both the BackMarket service (fast and careful delivery) and the product ordered (reconditioned product by the Dyson brand in very good condition, which works perfectly).

I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service, which was very friendly and much more professional than some of the big names! That's what encouraged me to make this purchase! After checking with Dyson, a reconditioned hoover is one that has been tested and returned after the 30-day trial period. Dyson reconditions it to new and guarantees it for 2 years. And I can confirm that after receiving my v15 packaged by Dyson, it is indeed brand new! Wow! No scratches or visible malfunctions in any case! The sensor is incredible, I can see the tiniest dust and hair on the floor. The accessory that lets you vacuum under furniture is a must-have for me, as it makes everyday life easier. My only complaint is that it doesn't lock completely when I'm vacuuming in stand-up mode, but maybe I'm using it wrong. The fluffy brush is very handy and quiet. The carpet brush vacuums efficiently and even too much when I switch to auto mode. I find it hard to switch it on because it clings so much, so I switch to eco. The small brush is great for mattresses and sofas. I'm thinking of buying a station to bring all these accessories together in one place. I find it very quiet compared to my V8. In term...

Excellent! The airwrap is reconditioned and dispatched within 48 hours directly from Dyson. The quality is perfect, and it's much cheaper than on the Dyson site. I recommend the French site Back Market, which is really serious. As for the Airwrap, I'm very happy with it, it's a high-quality appliance but I wasn't ready to invest the new price, which I thought was too high. At the Back Market price, it's perfect. The results: although the curls don't last very long, my hair keeps a nice, manageable movement all week long.
