Really delighted with my lovely IPhone 13. It’s as good as a brand new one. Arrived quickly and well packaged. My first refurbished phone and I will buy again from Back Market when the time comes to trade it in. Hopefully not for a long time though.

My new (yes new, not one mark it's in perfect condition) phone is perfect. I was a bit nervous buying refurbished phone but my sister directed me to here and her phone was good. I bought this one a Thursday early hours and it was delivered Friday the next day. Even though I was supposed to wait 8 more days (Christmas period). I will not go back to buying new again, I'll be on here.

I’ve had a phone from Back Market before so I had no qualms about using them again. I ordered a “good” white iPhone 12 for my daughter’s birthday and I wasn’t disappointed. Should have been marked as “excellent “ as the condition of the phone was excellent!! Daughter is very happy with it. I would 100% get my next phone from Back Market. 😊

The phone was delivered on time and in recycled packaging as stated. It is in great condition and as advertised. Just started using it yesterday. This is my first purchase of a refurbished device and was little skeptical, till I got the device in my hands. This is a great initiative and you have got a life long, loyal customer in me. I’m very pleased with the phone. It has taken a while to find my way around the iPhone as I’ve never had one before. The ordering was easy, the phone’s condition was as stated, delivery was quick and well packaged. Trading in an old phone was also very easy to do. I would highly recommend this company for a reconditioned phone.

Got an amazing device which feels absolutely new and not at all refurbished. Happy to receive it with 87% battery health and a complimentary screen protector attached! Definitely gonna recommend backmarket.

Mobile arrived in the time they said . Good condition and all works perfectly. I would suggest to buy a reconditioned mobile.

I was a bit sceptical about getting a refurbished phone, but I've had the phone for a week now, so far everything has worked perfectly. You can't tell it's refurbished. Am currently going through their trade-in process for my old phone, yet to receive the fee quoted but seems to be a simple process too. I'd totally use BackMarket again.

this is one of the best purchases i’ve ever made and from opening my package (which arrived next day by the way!) you wouldn’t have a clue that it was refurbished whatsoever! it came in the original box, with a satisfying peel off of the protective tape on the airpods case, it also came with the airpods case charger! bonus! and there were absolutely no scratches, no issues whatsoever and they were a dream to pair up to my iphone! i’m incredibly happy, they even came with each size ear tip so that you can find your perfect fit! i’m so delighted to have been given such a brilliant condition product and considering it was considered 'very good condition', i’d have worded it as 'perfect condition' in my eyes! i have 0 complaints and i cannot thank the seller & backmarket enough!
