No problems, delivered with a screen protector and a case (well, unfortunately I'd already ordered others... but very nice gesture nonetheless). Only a small scratch next to the charging socket, so not 100% new condition but honestly not that serious, the rest is fine.

The device is in tiptop condition. No flaws or scratches. Power supply unit still in its original packaging and with film. Set up yesterday and the battery also seems to be in good condition. This will hopefully be confirmed in daily use.

iPad is completely flawless apart from a pit in the casing, screen and battery are like new. I had ordered it in excellent condition. This one meets that very well.

The iPad was really badly packaged. It could easily have broken if handled badly. You really were very, very lucky.
