Lovely computer - in condition as promised. Windows 10 was pre-installed and I was able to update to Windows 11. One issue was with the keyboard. The keyboard had been changed on the computer from French to QWERTY English however the system language had not been changed. This meant that although the keyboard worked fine once logged in, passwords were still using the old keyboard layout (making it extremely difficult to login again having logged out). It took a while to find the system language setting and I had already installed Google Chrome, which remained stubbornly convinced that the language should be French. This problem took quite a while to sort out.

Perfect! The computer is perfect. A few tiny marks from previous use (to be expected) but it's in great condition. It hasn't lost any of its capabilities, it reacts instantly, and I've even bought the stylus that goes with it... I love it! I was looking for a hybrid computer for drawing and this is just what I needed.

Excellent experience all round. The seller, Digital Store Concept, did a great job. Item shipped quickly, DHL tracking was accurate and timely. The ThinkPad T490 arrived securely packaged, and in much better condition than I was hoping for. Great experience overall.

3 "surprises": 1 - impossible to benefit from the €50, duly offered (???) , 2 - connectivity as described: only if you buy the Microsoft box that goes with it! Almost €100 !!!! 3 - miserable battery!!! Not bad isn't it ???
