Not bad

Super happy with my purchase. The laptop is in excellent condition, as advertised. I fully support using any upcycled, refurbed products and these guys do it right.

Firstly, this product failed to deliver and was returned to the seller in Portugal which to be fair I don't think was your fault, however my contract is with Black Market and not the delivery company. When I finally got the product, it would not connect to a projector or monitor, which was the primary reason I got it in the first place. I followed all troubleshooting instructions but failed to resolve the issue, which leave me with no option other than to return it. I now have to go and buy another computer as I require it for work. This has been a complete waste of time for me and Im sure for your company also. Flor

Laptop in good condition and working well. Very happy with my order.

Bought it a few weeks ago, so it's still pretty recent but for now it works perfectly. Delivery was SUPER fast, one day earlier than planned (thanks DHL!). After 2 or 3 purchases, I can say that I have never been disappointed with Backmarket (yet?). Thanks guys!

Quiero una refund. Me llego tarde y mal. Estoy estudiando una carrera. Me dejo de funcionar en menos de cuatro meses. Intento enviarlo y ningún carrier me lo coge. Lo único que recibo por parte del vendedor es: mándalo a una tienda dhl y que nos lo traigan. No encuentro ningún servicio en el país donde resido. Necesito el pc, o mi dinero para comprarme otro pc. gracis
