I am very satisfied. I ordered it from Dégriff'Mac in fair condition but to my great surprise, it was as good as new. The screen is clean with no scratches, the keys are all functional and the trackpad is perfect. Nothing to report apart from the battery level at 91% but that's normal as I didn't buy a new battery. I'll be buying from here again for sure!

Very fast and safe delivery for the Mac. Condition as advertised, although a lot of knocks on the case... I'm still getting to grips with the new features, but it's going well. One small downside that could become a major weakness in the short term is the battery. It doesn't last as long in working hours as the one in the old MacBook Pro dating from 2012. So we'll have to wait and see. All in all, I'm still very satisfied with Backmarket, a quality refurbished product.

iPhone 11 refurbished by degriffmac received on time, however on the invoice it says cosmetic condition: very good condition while I selected and paid the option: perfect condition, which is therefore a little more expensive. To be seen in the long term, battery and other...

Impeccable from start to finish! Easy choice, attractive refurbished price, payment by Apple Pay, iPhone arrives in less than 48 hours, perfect when your old phone has just given up on you for good... So yes, no new battery, traces of wear, but it's really not dramatic because everything works better than on my old iPhone 7 ... and once the shell in place, the traces disappear;) Perfect, I recommend it! One downside though (if you prefer a # it's possible too), the backmarket site is starting to be too complicated to manage for my iPad 6th generation, a shame for a reconditioning project, why not make the site usable for all devices offered for repurchase? (Fries included ;p)

Overall, I'm not unhappy with my purchase, given the price difference between a new iPad and a refurbished one. However, it's been a week since I received it and I have my doubts about the tactile aspect of the product, the screen lags at times. It's a shame I didn't mention this in the advert. Otherwise great!

The Mac-Mini works very well, ordered in good condition and apart from a small scratch on the front and the original box a little damaged, there is nothing to complain about. I would highly recommend Degriff'Mac for this purchase as they have reconditioned and sold this mac-mini. (Comes with keyboard and wired mouse) Delivery in 2 days Perfect.

I ordered an iPad Air 4 in "very good condition" and in the end it's brand new (visually anyway, no scratches)! Fast delivery, it's impeccable, I recommend it! The only downside is that the battery seems a bit weak, especially when the iPad needs to charge the Apple Pencil.

I recommend reconditioning. Great phone, works perfectly. Well packaged and received. I have nothing to say.

It's fine. There were 6 drops of super glue on the screen. I was able to remove 3 or 4 of them, but there are still 2 micro-dots stuck to the screen that you can feel when you run your finger over them. See the unboxing video for proof. And another thing, you've supplied a double usb-c cable (with its charger) but it's lightening that's needed. Other than that, the iPad looks good, no scratches and comes in the original box.

I bought an iPhone 13 pro max 128go about a month ago. Nothing to say about the delivery, it was fast and the product was very well packaged. So far the phone is working very well, I haven't had enough time to really give my opinion, but so far at least I'm very happy with it.
