I am very satisfied. I ordered it from Dégriff'Mac in fair condition but to my great surprise, it was as good as new. The screen is clean with no scratches, the keys are all functional and the trackpad is perfect. Nothing to report apart from the battery level at 91% but that's normal as I didn't buy a new battery. I'll be buying from here again for sure!

Very fast and safe delivery for the Mac. Condition as advertised, although a lot of knocks on the case... I'm still getting to grips with the new features, but it's going well. One small downside that could become a major weakness in the short term is the battery. It doesn't last as long in working hours as the one in the old MacBook Pro dating from 2012. So we'll have to wait and see. All in all, I'm still very satisfied with Backmarket, a quality refurbished product.

Fully compliant device, in very good condition as indicated. The battery is good and the keyboard is QWERTY. The charger, on the other hand, is a copy of the official Apple one which burnt out after a minute. I would have preferred not to have a charger rather than having to deal with WEEE waste that I didn't ask for, it's a waste.

It's a pleasure to use (well-sized keys, efficient trackpad), practical (no configuration to do, and recharged directly from the iPad), and useful for both typing and browsing: the adjustable tilt of the screen and its small elevation, as well as the trackpad, provide appreciable comfort. Admittedly a little heavy, and expensive when new, but that's where backmaket comes into its own once again!

The product met my expectations. It was delivered on time and well packaged. The product is really high quality and I am completely satisfied with this purchase which I hope will last a long time ☺️

Very pleased with this MacBook, it was delivered in two days, in very good condition (as specified on my order). I use it every day, and have only charged it twice so far. Nothing to say so far :)

It's exactly what I was looking for! I'm a musician: I can read sheet music with a pedal I bought separately, set up concert programmes, etc., and what's more, the drums really hold their charge! I'd definitely recommend it!
