Overall is a good computer. All functional, the battery almost like new.

I bought a Dell Precision 3530 laptop: the PC was delivered quickly by the refurbisher (based in Spain) but the screen turned out to be HD whereas the Blackmarket advert indicated FullHD: I followed the returns procedure indicated by backmarket (who provided me with a free returns label to print) and I was refunded in full without any complications within 1 week - it's in these cases, when you have a problem, that you see the good shops: everything has been resolved, really thank you.

Computer in perfect working condition. It has some external scratches, but everything is fine, and it works great. Totally recommended and I suppose that tomorrow I will return to. make more purchases reconditioned.

everything went very well, the packaging was perfect and so far there have been no problems with the pc. The indication that would be interesting is to know where the PC comes from. I'm not sure I'd have bought a refurbished PC from Portugal, but I'd have bought one from a short-distance supplier.

I bought the MacBook in "very good" condition and that's how it arrived: Virtually no scratches and the display as good as new! That's what you want. The battery was still at 98% and not even 60 charging cycles. So all in all, very positive. Gladly again

There are a few marks on the outside of the PC... but otherwise it is PERFECT: fast and efficient... I saved around 600 euros and I am really satisfied. Highly recommended site, I will definitely make other purchases when needed Back Market

Note that the keyboard is a Swedish keyboard with the French keys printed on it, honestly you can't feel it, it's just that if you look closely you can see the old keys in black and in relief. A bit annoying, but replacement keyboards are very expensive and the computer is at an unbeatable price, so there's nothing to complain about.

I was very surprised by the condition, like new. It even smelled like new. Everything is in great condition and the price is great. Even had win 10 on it although it said no operating system. full marks and highly recommended. Thank you

As stated on the ad: in fair condition. A few marks on the bonnet, just cosmetic. Once open, it's impeccable! All refurbished, spot on! The PC boots up in a flash, with Windows pre-installed. Great buy!
