No worries about delivery. As far as the device is concerned, I plugged it in and it worked without any configuration. Very good product.

all is well

Very disappointing, laptop arrived with an HD usb port and the trackpad was rubbish, the mouse glitched when you moved it with your finger. After dismantling the PC, the battery was holding without ANY SCREWS, the usb port cable was not even connected to the motherboard and the trackpad cable was slightly blown which must explain the glitch of the pad. Not a serious refurbisher

I think I was patient (almost 1 month), waiting for proof of purchase from the seller, which never arrived. I can only think of one reason for this, the person in question doesn't have a legal structure, so can neither invoice nor prove the purchase of the products he's reselling. I'm going to forget about this seller, blacklist him and warn potential buyers about the risk of complicity in handling stolen goods. I would have appreciated it if BlackMarket, as a good market place, had filtered its "partners" a little more. Seller to flee!

Good condition, but impossible to connect to the internet with the computer because the network card drivers are not installed.

There's probably been a mistake: I bought a computer that was indicated as being in very good condition and I received a very damaged computer. Fortunately, it was quickly returned and refunded!
