I was expecting to get an i5-6300, but I got an i7-6500 and am happy about the unexpected upgrade. Apart from that, the device has been refurbished well, which apparently includes the foiling of the surface. This made the notebook look like new. The keyboard has also been re-foiled, which has the effect that the key illumination no longer shines through the letters but only a glowing edge can be seen in the dark. The battery, with a capacity of just under 35,000 mAh from the previous 53,000 mAh, is of course no longer so fresh, but is acceptable considering its age. And if it should bother you, suitable new batteries are available for €50

I ordered a Lenovo ThinkPad T480 14" Core i5 1.7 GHz - SSD 256 GB - 16GB QWERTZ but got a T480s with the same processor, but with 20GB RAM. I've the opinion that I got a better deal so I'm not mad about it. But some people might be if they are really expecting a T480. There are slight differences beteween both machines that can be a deal breaker for some. I'm happy with mine, everything is working fine.

The product looks like new. I'm really impressed. The only thing I've noticed is that the battery doesn't last very long. But: if everything has to be perfect, then I'll just have to buy a new one and pay several times as much. Thumbs up!

And a little disappointed with the condition, trace on the inner shell next to the pad and some marks on the outside Otherwise it works very well from the little use we've had so far, for me the condition is Very good condition = like new Good condition = tarnished shell but the rest ok screen + shell Fair condition = some wear and tear, screen OK Average condition = traces of screen and shell wear For the delivery, flat packaging This is my impression, otherwise I would buy from you again

Fast and uncomplicated. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi antenna was defective, but a Wi-Fi dongle was supplied instead. As I'm not reliant on the WiFi, I don't care about the defect. I wouldn't expect something like this in "excellent" condition, BUT the rest is great.

The purchase process all correct, shipping and customer service perfect.upon receiving the product I have missed details of the seller as leaving the language set to the country where it is sent (came in German) basic applications installed (free Office, simple antivirus ...) Otherwise all correct and very good condition of the device.

The device was in really excellent condition and the hardware is totally adequate for standard applications. Only the battery life is not quite clear yet, but I can't report anything negative here either.

The laptop was in good condition, good packaging and has not given me any problems. I'm not complaining because in my case I didn't care about one or the other, but maybe someone else will find it an important factor.

Product in very good condition inside but scratched on the outside. Difficulties at the start as I received it with the German language, so modifications had to be made to make it easier to use. Today everything is perfect, the computer works very well. I really like the keyboard, which is very easy to use, and its attractive design, so I'm quite happy with my purchase. I just hope that its functionality will last over time.
