Very unhappy with the seller! I ordered the scooter the first time and it arrived all scratched and also broken at the battery charge. Impossible for me to use it. Thanks to black Market's quality service, I was able to exchange it. However, the second scooter I received was in working order but had a nice scratch on it, whereas the one I ordered was in perfect condition and looked great! I absolutely do not recommend this seller. Pass your way because not serious at all! And it does not check the scooter before sending! Thank you for the after-sales service and Paul for going out of his way to do what was necessary.

The item is not in bad condition but it cannot be considered as new as there are many scratches on the frame and the place to pull the handle is very sticky.

the power supply charging line cable is broken. Missing bolts and rear tyre mounting bolt destroyed when tightening. Battery will not charge. Spare parts really hard to find
