Not a bad buy at all. I was very skeptical about buying a refurbished item as i’m team brand new. However decided to take the plunge as i know i only really need the ipad to read in bed when i wake up early or late into the night. The ipad itself looks good with just a few negligible small scratches you’lld barely notice. Screen is fine, picture quality also fine. The battery does take some time to charge but also the battery doesn’t run out when left idle, i did test this out for a week and so far it’s been all very good performance. Comes nicely packaged with a new cable and adapter. I was also sure to read the reviews of the seller before making the purchase. Overall a good buy for me.

I read reviews which helped me to take the leap and buy my iPad and was not disappointed. It arrived in the condition described and is perfect for what I need! I really can’t fault it, or the service - ordered on Christmas Day, arrived 28th! I’m really pleased.

I am overall pleased with my purchase! The external body of the iPad that I received was in the condition as described and I am very happy with this, however, the battery health upon receiving the iPad was only at 87% of the original capacity. I purchased this iPad to study on the go so battery capacity is very important to me. I understood that the iPad should arrive in a refurbished and as good as possible condition internally and I did expect this to include a new battery, at the very least. Other than this problem, which is considerable for me, I’m perfectly happy with my purchase.

I was really nervous about buying a refurbished ipad from backmarket but I am really pleased bought fair so expected a few dings and dents but nothing that affected any buttons the screen was perfect and in a case hides everything. This site was recommended by my daughter who bought an ipad for her daughter and was pleased. I would recommend black market and have to everyone my son is going to also purchase an ipad and I will also use in the future thank you

I’ve always been sceptical about refurbished products, but hopefully I’ve done my research correctly about the company and the products i’m interested in. So on this occasion, I seem to be very happy with the item that I have purchased from the Back market. Delivery service was reasonable. The packaging was exceptional and the protection in the packaging was on another excellent level. I’m quite fussy about warranties and guarantees, so hopefully I won’t need that Service I was so happy with the deal I got, I went ahead and purchased extra warranty. and hopefully I won’t need use the warranty service. Only time will tell. so far an excellent Service all round.

My refurbished laptop has been great! It arrived in under 3 dasy with express post, in very good contiion with one barely visible scratch mark on the side of the exterior. The laptop is in perfect working condition, great value for money. I would happily purchase from Back Market again and reccomend their products to future buyers.

ordered ‘good’ and came practically brand new, no issues with the body whatsoever. Also came very early than the expected delivery date✊✊. The iPad itself is brilliant for refurbished, was a bit worried at first as i’ve never ordered refurbished tech before but defo exceeded expectations! All for good money too :)

Came earlier than estimated by DPD. some very minor scuff marks at the underside of Chromebook which seller stated can have but very unnoticeable. Absolutely great works well for what it’s needed for. I would definitely recommend backmarket cheap and refurbished but is definitely worth the price. It comes well packaged also!

I needed a fairly basic laptop for work, mostly for internet research and photo storage but didn’t want to buy new for such a small amount of work. As usual the exact thing I needed was available for a very reasonable price on your website. I’m sold on your refurbished tech, it’s always good quality and as well as being affordable it’s eco friendly. Good job once again guys!
