The phone is in very excellent condition both software and hardware, I’ve used it for over a week and haven’t encountered any issues but I expected my battery to be apple part turns out it’s a certified. Other than that this phone is perfect! Thanks coolKK

I waited a couple of weeks before writing this review and so far so good. The IPad works perfectly, no scratches or anything that would make you think it is not brand new. This is the 2nd time I buy from backmarket and I’m really happy with both purchases.

I love my iPad so much, it came very well packaged and neat and I love that you get the 3months free for apple music, apple tv and the lot with the device. I’m definitely going to be recommending my friends to back market for their gadgets.

when I tell you. NOT A SINGLE SCRATCH OR SHOW OF WEAR. I highly recommend getting this iPad especially on the excellent rating,came with the original box and packed like the original. 100% highly recommend

This was the second phone bought in 2 weeks off Backmarket (my wife got an iPhone 14). I bought it in Excellent condition knowing there would be some imperfections, but I'd live with them. When I got the phone it was to find it was flawless, with a charging cable, and with no scratches at all on it. My only gripe was the length of time it took to get to me (I had taken out the EUR5 extra shipping to get it within 2 days knowing there was a storm to hit Ireland), but it didn't get here on time and I had to wait 2 weeks extra. Other than that I will use Backmarket again based on these 2 cell phones and their pricing which was better!

Bought this for the missus was basically like new I could’ve gotten away with telling her it was came with charger, box, everything. Only complaint was different plug than I need in Ireland but it was coming from a different country can’t really expect anything to come of that so all in all very impressed
