I bought a mobile phone from Backmarket for the first time & sold the old one straight away. The battery had 97% when the new mobile phone was delivered, great. Condition better than expected. All in all, the exchange was worth it.

Fast delivery, 96% battery! Even if bought in "Good" condition there is barely a scratch on the top of the phone (which is not on the screen) otherwise no other impact, otherwise everything works well! Nickel performance! Low expectations but pleasantly surprised!

Very good item, very fast delivery. If I could have the usual accessories that come with iphones (charging cable with mains plug, headphones) that would be even better. But I'm very satisfied at the moment, so I'll have to wait and see.

I am very happy that the phone is in good condition, but the battery is not good. After one hour of use, the battery is 50% empty.

1 1/2 years have now passed since I bought a second-hand iPad on Backmarket. High time to leave a few words here: In January 2022, I bought an iPad via Backmarket with the labelled condition "Good". The device itself had a few very minor signs of use, and overall I was very satisfied with its external condition. The iPad is still in regular use today, and both the battery and performance have not yet deteriorated. I am satisfied 👍
