Everything about this purchase was great, from the price to the packaging to the delivery, and the kit has been refurbished to such a high standard that it looks and feels new. Great company who obviously prioritise quality. I've used you before and I'll use you again.

unfortunately due to some technical reason the order is delayed and later on I have requested to refund. But overall response of the team is good and wish to continue/keep the relation onwards. these delays are part of the life.

the laptop itself works perfectly 🥰 and I'm happy with it. However, the charger wasn't charger that came with it wasn't charging it. I was fortunate I already had a working charger from a previous laptop.

I needed a Microsoft laptop to do all my outside and travel writing and this fits the bill exactly. It has enough memory if I need it but it more than meets the needs that I purchased it for. Thank you again Back Market for my fifth purchase and my fifth trade in for which I received excellent value.

Very Happy with my computer, good condition, very quick, nice keypad, but battery runs down a bit quick from 49% to 6% in about 15 mins. ( So I feel that should have been checked out) But Back Market would have taken my computer back, to sort the problem out, but I would have to reset and remove data before sending it back to them. Which was a bit of a hassle for me, so I decided to just buy and fit a new battery myself as they are not that expensive.

Really happy with everything about my experience - laptop was exactly as listed and perfect for what I needed, at a really good price and with next day delivery. Highly recommend this laptop and using Back Market

I have been using my new laptop for the past 20 days, and so far I've had a great experience with it. The laptop came in perfect condition and all parts work as expected. Additionally I was very surprised by the battery life, which lasts for hours even when I'm programming.

A small dent in the case and some delamination of the power key were the only small imperfections, on an excellent grade selection, otherwise it's a decent purchase...I'm happy with the performance and overall quality
