the screen is perfect, nothing to say. only 1 remark: Before buying the screen, I asked backmarket if the screen came with a DP cable and the answer was ("it depends on the supplier.....). I bought a cable as a precaution. And in fact there was one in the parcel, so I made this purchase for nothing ... ++++> I would appreciate a gesture from backmarket

The product is good and fully meets expectations. However, I would have expected the standard cable set to be included. In addition to the power cable, a USB A cable was included instead of a USB C cable.

In and of itself, the purchase was problem-free and so was the shipping. Unfortunately, the screen of the Elitebook has a problem with the lighting in the upper left corner and I had to update some drivers to make the sound work

Received in the time indicated, so far nothing to complain about, it's as good as new. Very happy with my first refurbished purchase.

The computer is refurbished in ... German! After several hours of useless deciphering, I had to take it to a repair shop, but even so, as soon as I install something it starts up in German! And I spend an inordinate amount of time trying to switch to French, whenever possible!

We are really impressed. A great, easy purchase, a super appliance. No visible signs of use. We would not have expected that. It was definitely not the last time we ordered from you ;-)

Powerful machine, can be used without closing the shutters, not very noisy, well packaged, no problems to report!

Use stickers that you can get off! I worked for twenty minutes with my fingers and alcohol and still had glue residue on the top of the device...
