Very quick delivery. My 77 year old dad delighted with his phone that he is well used to using

Very disappointing device, very small, not easy to write on because the letters are tiny, I often have to correct my entries, very slow, it's slow, the screen is milky even when set to maximum. It can only be a repair mobile for a sixth-form pupil who's missed his bus...

Delivery took two weeks longer than expected, but the phone arrived safely, in good condition, working, with a spare battery. I'm very satisfied!

Delivered 4 days late. As soon as I switched it on, the back of the device was hot. Impossible to connect the Google account and therefore the play store to download apps. I was happy to buy a refurbished device to limit over-consumption but it was a bad experience. A shame.

All went well with the reception and the mobile works correctly, it's a bit slow but it's enough for my daughter who's going back to secondary school, she can also watch her homework on the internet. The only downside is that I didn't receive a cable with the phone and it's not a type C as it's an old phone. I would recommend Back Market as usual 👍

The phone is great and has fully met expectations so far, thanks for that! The shipment announcements of the carrier and BackMarket were sometimes very different but everything worked out in the end 😄!
