Extremely quick delivery across countries. Great quality for half the price of a new phone. Would definitely buy again.

It's a bit big

I bought a refurbished iphone XR, it's the first time I bought it. It turned out that it gave me failures with the camera, as it did not focus. I had it repaired under warranty for the first time. They returned the mobile a week later, after a few months the same problem happened again, I sent it back under warranty, I told them that it was the second time it happened to me and they offered me a refund. They gave me a full refund. They have given me a lot of confidence and that is why I have bought another mobile phone from this site.

I ordered an iPhone 14 plus in excellent condition. I was a bit hesitant at first because I had never bought a refurbished phone before, but I didn't notice the difference from a new phone at all. I couldn't find a single scratch on both the screen and case and the battery condition was 100%. The delivery was also much faster than expected, it was supposed to take about 6 days, but within 3 days I had it in my house. The only downside is that it was not in the original packaging and no SIM card removal tool was included, which makes for a lot of fiddling with a paperclip. But overall very satisfied!

Very satisfied with my refurbished iPhone SE 2022. Delivery was even faster than expected, iPhone is in very good condition and battery is 100%. This gives confidence to go for refurbished via BackMarket more often.

Top notch! I was impressed by the condition of the iPad, it was as if it had just come out of the factory, the "perfect condition" was not stolen. What's more, the shipment was very quick, more than I expected. As far as the battery is concerned, it's holding up very well and recharging very quickly. No connectivity problems. In short, nothing to complain about, thank you for the quality of the reconditioning.

Well, the product is really excellent. The quality of the reconditioned product is very good. The only thing is that the screen is a little burned on one side and I'm surprised because physically it is excellent. You can't ask for more from the product in terms of quality for that price. I would definitely buy it again.

I bought the iPhone 13 mini 128 GB - Star White from the refurbisher Colorful Leaf Sarl and I must congratulate them, the phone is as good as new with 100% battery. Great experience it's not the first time that I order on back market order arrive waits delivery impeccable! I ordered this IPhone 12 Pro for my birthday super happy it is in very good condition with charger against a little disappointed because the battery has 85% of its capacity while I had selected very good condition but for the moment nothing to say on this point for a reconditioned it's worth it dark!
